Chairman «Fixed Communication Technologies» working group of «Information and Telecommunication Technologies» branch of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Doctor Technical Science (2002), Active Member of the International Informatization Academy, published over 50 scientific papers and 2 books on Spectrum Management and EMC issues.
More then 25 years conducting research & development and methodological works in Research Authority of the Ministry of Defense. Editorial Board Member of Journal «Antennas» (Since 2007).
Scientific and professional fields of activity:
- Efficient utilization and Spectrum reforming of Radio Spectrum;
- Radiophisic & electrodynamics;
- Radio communication systems interference;
Actively participated in the work of International regulatory and standardization telecom bodies as representative of the Russian Federation.
