On October 15, 2013, the 3rd International Forum "TELECOM NETWORKS 2.0.Sharing, Engineering, Network Development, Outsourcing" organized by Connectica Lab company (SVM Group) took place in Moscow (Russia) in the business center of Radisson Blu Belorusskaya hotel.

More than 200 representatives of business communities state agencies, fixed and mobile operators, providers, application developers, venders, system integrators, analysts and experts took part in work of the 3rd International Forum "TELECOM NETWORKS 2.0. Sharing, Engineering, Network Development, Outsourcing".

Representatives of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, FAS, FTS, Rossvyaz, LTE Union, ARTO, Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, NSN France, ORANGE System Group, RTRS, MTS, Vympelcom, Megafon, Icominvest, SMARTS and other companies presented 30 reports which were divided into 3 sessions:

1)         Topical issues of construction, operation and sharing of communication networks infrastructure in Russia and abroad;

2)         Communication networks: construction, development, operation, management, measurements, outsourcing;

3)         Infrastructure sharing by communications operators.

Representatives of the «Information and Telecommunications Technologies» Dr. Valery Tikhvinskiy (Chairman of ITT RAEN), head of WG 12 ITT RAEN – V. Shulga, head of WG 14 ITT RAEN - G.
