On June 18-19, 2013, the 10th anniversary annual international seminar "Actual Issues of the Automated Planning, Optimization and Accounting of Radio and Transport Subsystems of Mobile Communication Networks, Broadband Radio Access and Digital TV" carried out by LLC «Infotel» took place in St. Petersburg in Smolnensky hotel business center. The seminar was devoted to questions of network resources planning of LTE networks, also frequency and territorial planning and transport networks planning.

About 50 representatives of program complexes from 3 counties (Russia, Moldova and Sweden) took part in the seminar:

•              producers of radio planning program complexes (LLC «Infotel», Radio Innovation Sweden AB, etc.),

•     communication operators (OJSC «MTS», OJSC “Megafon", OJSC «Vympelcom», Tele2, OJSC “Rostelecom”, CJSC “Transtelekom Company”, CJSC “Nizhegorodskaya sotovaya svyaz”, OJSC “Sankt-Peterburg Telecom”, OJSC «Sotovaya svyaz Barshkortostana», CJSC «TT Mobile», OJSC «Moldtelekom», OJSC “Tattelekom”, etc.),

•   venders and communication integrators (LLC “Gazprom TransGas”, LLC “NICK”, LLC “Spetsradioservice”, LLC “Mopeks”, LLC “Tekhnoserv”),

•      scientific and project centers (OJSC “GIPROSVYAZ”, Federal State Unitary Enterprise Leningrad Branch scientific research institute of Radio,  Institute of Control Sciences of Russian Academy of Sciences, Branch "Information and telecommunication technologies" of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, the State University of Telecommunications of prof. M.A.Bonch-Bruevich, LLC “Lentelefonstroy-proyekt”, LLC “Svyazpromproyekt”),

•           representatives of Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications (Roskomnadzor) of Russian Federation across the Northwest federal district and Radio-frequency Service of Russian Federation (Federal State Unitary Enterprise).

Possibilities of automated planning and optimization of mobile communication networks, systems of broadband access and digital broadcasting with use of ONEPLAN RPLS program complexes were considered. The ONEPLAN RPLS personal computer of version 2011 and the network version of full-function ONEPLAN RPLS-DB personal computer was presented. Moreover information about features of LTE and WiMAX networks planning with use of ONEPLAN RPLS-DB RFP program complex, questions of automatic optimization of 2G-4G  networks of mobile communication with use of the functional ONEPLAN RPLS NEO module was given. The demonstration of ONEPLAN RPLS program complexes was carried out.
